Forschungsschwerpunkte

Meine Forschung beschäftigt sich mit der Untersuchung kognitiver Einflüsse auf die Wahrnehmung von Erfolgsfaktoren im Software as a Service, insbesondere von On-Demand Enterprise Systems in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (SMEs). Dabei wird insbesondere das Phänomen der kognitiven Dissonanz im Kontext von funktional substituierbaren Informationssystem untersucht. Unter funktionalen Substituten werden in meiner Forschung Informationssysteme betrachtet, welche eine spezifische Aufgabe erfüllen, jedoch von der technischen Infrastruktur her unterschiedlich sind.
